Smita has over 17 years of experience in handling corporate secretarial matters and heads the Secretarial & Legal Services Division.
She specializes in providing end to end advisory services pertaining to secretarial and regulatory compliances under the Companies Act, LLP Act and Foreign Exchange Management Act. .
She is a Post Graduate in Commerce, a Law graduate and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). She also has a Post membership qualification in Corporate Governance offered by the ICSI exclusive to its members.
Her areas of interest include Secretarial Audit, Corporate Governance, ESG and compliances.
She is a regular speaker at the ICSI, ICAI, CII and various other professional forums and also contributes to the ICSI in their publications.
